CardFlow Expo is an AI-powered trade show contact manager that helps users scan business cards, organize suppliers, capture leads, manage products, write notes, track follow-ups, and prepare messages.

- Exhibition records and related notes.
- Supplier and contact data entered by users.
- Product information, notes, follow-ups, and messages.
- Images uploaded by users, including business card and product images.
- OCR raw text and AI extracted fields when you choose to use OCR or AI features.

We use your information to provide and operate CardFlow Expo, including to:
- Organize trade show contacts, suppliers, leads, products, and follow-ups.
- Improve your workflow and make saved data easier to review and export.
- Generate OCR text and AI suggestions when you request those features.
- Maintain account access, security, and application reliability.
Data Sharing
User data is private to the account unless the user chooses to share it. Public supplier share cards are created only when a user chooses to generate or share them. CardFlow Expo does not sell private contact data.
Third-Party Services
CardFlow Expo uses trusted third-party services to operate the app:
- Supabase for authentication, database, and storage.
- Vercel for hosting and deployment.
- Google Vision for OCR when OCR is requested.
- OpenAI for AI extraction and message-related suggestions when requested.
Your Rights and Choices
You can access, edit, and delete data inside your account where the app provides controls. You may contact us for account or data deletion requests.
