CardFlow Expo is a trade show contact management tool for organizing suppliers, visitor leads, business cards, products, notes, follow-ups, exports, and user-triggered messages.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you upload or enter into CardFlow Expo. You must only upload, process, or share business and contact data that you are allowed to use under applicable laws and your own business policies.
OCR and AI Suggestions
OCR and AI features are provided to help speed up data entry and message preparation. OCR and AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. You must review and edit all extracted or generated content before saving, sharing, exporting, or acting on it.
WhatsApp Links
CardFlow Expo may create manual WhatsApp links that users choose to open. These links do not send messages automatically and are not WhatsApp Business API messages. Users remain responsible for reviewing the message and clicking Send inside WhatsApp.
Sharing
Public supplier share cards and shared contact text are user-controlled. Only share contact details with people or organizations you trust and where you have permission to share that information.
Acceptable Use
You may not use CardFlow Expo for illegal, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized activity. This includes uploading data you are not allowed to process, attempting to access another user's account, or misusing the service to spam or harass others.
Beta and Service Changes
CardFlow Expo may change during beta. Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change as the product improves.
Limitation of Liability
CardFlow Expo is provided as a productivity tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardFlow Expo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service, data entry errors, OCR or AI inaccuracies, third-party services, or user sharing.
