Account Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your CardFlow Expo account and associated data by contacting support.

How to request deletion

Email contact@cardflowexpo.com from your account email address. Use the subject line: Account deletion request.

Please include the email address used for your CardFlow Expo account so we can verify and process the request. We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days.

Data that may be deleted

Depending on your account activity, deletion may include:

  • Your profile and account-related records.
  • Saved suppliers and contact data.
  • Card scans and OCR/AI extraction records.
  • Visitor leads collected through QR forms.
  • Notes, follow-ups, messages, and exported business records stored in the app.
  • Uploaded card images and related storage files where technically available.

Data that may be retained

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons. This may include transaction or payment proof records, fraud/security logs, and legal compliance records.

Important note

Automated account deletion is not currently available in the app. Deletion requests are handled through support so we can verify account ownership and avoid accidental data loss.
