OFSEC 2026 at a glance

Who should attend

OFSEC covers fire, safety and security. It is most useful for:

• HSE managers and safety officers in oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, logistics and hospitality.
• Fire and life-safety engineers, consultants and fire-protection contractors.
• Security managers and integrators working on surveillance, access control and perimeter protection.
• Facility and property managers responsible for compliance and maintenance.
• Procurement teams, distributors and suppliers looking for partners in Oman.

What to bring

• Your registration confirmation and photo ID.
• Business cards — plenty of them — and your company profile link or QR code.
• A shortlist from the official exhibitor list, with the questions you want answered.
• Project details: standards you must meet, quantities, site locations and timelines.
• A charged phone and a power bank for scanning cards all day.

   Pick OFSEC as your exhibition

   Before you go, open Scan in CardFlow and, under “Which exhibition are you visiting?”, search for OFSEC and pick it. It becomes your active exhibition and every card you scan is saved under it, so all OFSEC contacts stay together.

   Scan each card after the conversation

   Photograph the card; OCR and AI suggest the fields. Review the name, company and phone number — Omani numbers use +968 — before saving.

3. 03

   Add a one-line note

   Product or system, standard or certification discussed, quantity or site, and the next step. For example: “Addressable fire alarm, 3 sites in Sohar, wants quotation by Thursday”.

4. 04

   Follow up on WhatsApp the same evening

   Open the follow-up queue: CardFlow prepares the message and opens WhatsApp, and you review it and tap Send. Only message people who shared their number and expect to hear from you.

Exhibiting? A quick setup before doors open

1. Create your free company profile and add OFSEC Oman 2026 to it, so your company is listed on CardFlow’s OFSEC exhibition page.
2. Build a QR visitor form, print it (an A4 sheet on the counter is enough) and test it from your phone.
3. Install the app on the phones of everyone working the stand and run one test scan each.
4. Agree two or three lead labels, such as quotation, site visit and distributor enquiry.

Send quotations by email within 72 hours and check in once after a week. If there is no reply, stop.
